Refund policy

1. Custom Signs — No Returns or Exchanges

All of our neon signs are made-to-order and personalized to your specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, color, or wording. Please double-check all spelling, colors, and dimensions before approving your design proof.


2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once your order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.


3. Damaged or Faulty Signs

If your sign arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right free of charge. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Send us a short unboxing video and clear photos of the damage, including the outer box.
  • Once we review your claim, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong sign, contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct one at no extra cost.


5. Warranty

All our neon signs come with a 2-year warranty covering electrical components under normal use. Indoor signs must not be used outdoors or in wet areas, as this will void the warranty.
